Bachelors Degree : in MIS, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field / clinical specialty (Required)
Experience
3 Years experience as a Healthcare Information Systems analyst (Required)
3 Years experience as IT Desktop Support or Field Technician (Required)
General computer hardware experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals (Required)
General experience with and knowledge of Windows operating systems and standard networking protocols, including DHCP, TCP/IP and Ethernet (Required)
Experience with Epic/EMR or Healthcare (Preferred)
Experience with Epic Downtime/Business Continuity BCA and Epic Printer Strategy EPR/LWS (Preferred)
License/Certifications
EC - Epic Certification (Preferred)
