Description:
Provides support on existing applications applying technical ability, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of applications and familiarity with client's business needs. Works with the user to identify and troubleshoot application issues.

Description:
Provides support on existing applications applying technical ability, troubleshooting skills, knowledge of applications and familiarity with client's business needs. Works with the user to identify and troubleshoot application issues.
Duties:
- This resource will be needed to visit each each site and will be required to help train front desk staff on how to confirm patient insurance information and if it has been uploaded accurately.
- Role will also help patients sign up for MyChart/Pre-Check-In/Upload insurance card/ opt in for SMS options.
- Role may also be needed to provide support on existing applications.
- Work with users, associates and vendors to identify and troubleshoot application and hardware issues.
- Respond appropriately and prioritize high volume of maintenance requests including application issues, file maintenance, security maintenance, device additions and file codes. Perform application updates and tests.
- Provide support on system interfaces and respond to urgent production issues.
