About the Job
Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting: Make 50-60 calls daily to set qualified appointments for our inside or field sales teams.
Research: Conduct interviews with decision-makers to gain insights into their business challenges.
Engagement: Discuss business pains with decision-makers and foster peer-to-peer conversations for a comprehensive view of purchasing behavior.
Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously while documenting clear and concise reports.
Database Management: Identify key decision-makers and manage databases effectively.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Account Management: Demonstrated success in account management and development.
Consultative Selling: Strong ability in solution selling with a conversational style.
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
B2B Tele Sales: Proven success in B2B tele sales.
Sales Experience: Inside or field sales experience (IT or enterprise software preferred).
Education: Minimum BA/BS degree (or equivalent work experience).
