Description:

Are you fluent in both Arabic and English? Do you want to make a meaningful impact in your community? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Arabic Interpreters. This role offers flexible working hours and the chance to help those with limited English proficiency navigate important services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-person interpretation services.
• Assist individuals in understanding and communicating effectively in various settings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Informal or professional interpretation experience.
• Preferred: At least a two-year degree (or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school), or six months to one year of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus (e.g., pharmacy tech, nursing home, hospital, hospice, patient tech, nursing program practicum, pharmaceutical rep, CNA, LVN, RN, hospital volunteering, etc.).
• Must live in the Houston, TX region
