About the Job
As an Arboricultural Ground Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tree care operations. This position involves working closely with climbers and other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient completion of tree care tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include ground support, equipment maintenance, and debris management.

- Assist climbers by preparing job sites, handling ropes, and managing tools and equipment.
- Perform ground-level tree work, including cutting and clearing branches, brush, and other debris.
- Operate and maintain various types of equipment, such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders.
- Ensure the safety of the worksite by adhering to industry standards and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the proper disposal of debris.
- Support the team in emergency tree removal and storm response as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with tree care equipment and safety practices.
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and operating machinery.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
