Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter position include:

• 5+ years of experience in drafting with Revit software.
• Proficient knowledge of Florida building codes and residential construction.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Produce complete construction document sets using Revit software for custom home designs.
• Collaborate with the architecture team daily to execute design concepts and technical details.
• Visit local project sites to review construction progress and gather firsthand information.
• Solve unique design challenges by applying creative problem-solving skills and architectural knowledge.

Salary: $50,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
