Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:

• Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
• 8-10 years of experience, including 2+ years in project leadership, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
• Lead all phases of healthcare projects, from initial design through construction administration, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Mentor and guide a small healthcare team, fostering growth among junior architects and team members.
• Engage in business development efforts, establishing strong client relationships and promoting firm services.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam or Newforma is a plus.
• Prepare and review design materials, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects stay within scope and on track.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
