Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager position include:
Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
8-10 years of experience, including 2+ years in project leadership, with a proven track record in managing complex projects.
Lead all phases of healthcare projects, from initial design through construction administration, ensuring quality and compliance.
Mentor and guide a small healthcare team, fostering growth among junior architects and team members.
Engage in business development efforts, establishing strong client relationships and promoting firm services.
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam or Newforma is a plus.
Prepare and review design materials, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects stay within scope and on track.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
