Responsibilities:
The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for the planning, direction; budgeting, forecasting, and coordination of the Hotel's Sales and marketing team
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Develop and executes Sales and Marketing plans
- Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing target accounts, quotas and goals.
- Research, analyze and monitor, financial, and demographic factors.
- Plan and monitor Hotel's advertising and promotional activities.
- Meets with key clients, maintains relationships, negotiates and closing deals.
- Monitor market response, monitors competitors.
- Responsible for achievement of all property specific financial objectives*
- Develop budget and monitor sales activities.
- 3-5 years sales management experience requires knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills.
