Area Property Manager - Greenwood Star LLC

Greenwood Star is seeking an experienced Area Property Manager to join our team to managing the performance of a portfolio of properties and leading property management teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position within the multi-family industry and is able to manage the demands of high-end communities with strong communication and excellent customer service skills.

Greenwood Star is a fully integrated real estate company managing multi-family assets in an owner-operator capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the overall financial, operational, and regulatory performance of the portfolio
• Provide leadership and training to property management teams
• Manage occupancy and delinquency rates
• Promote positive relationships with all stakeholders including tenants, prospects, and vendors
• Conduct market research and implement effective marketing strategies
• Oversee maintenance initiatives, property physical appearance, and compliance with all codes and regulations
• Mitigate risks related to property management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree
• Industry certifications preferred (eg. CPM, CAPS, CAM)
• 3 years in a similar position
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi preferred)
• In-depth familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
