Area Sales Manager

Essential Functions

• Lead Generation and Sales Conversion: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the aesthetic laser market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Product Demonstration and Education: Demonstrate the use of aesthetic laser products, educating clients on their benefits and applications.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed annual sales targets while aligning with Alma Inc.’s sales strategies.
• Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
• Reporting and Administration: Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance.

Education and Experience Required

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of sales experience, in the medical device or aesthetic laser industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the aesthetic and medical device industry, including market trends and regulatory standards.
• Recognition: At least 2 Presidents clubs or Rep of the year awards

Skills Required

• Positive attitude and approach to the job responsibilities and the Alma team
• Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• SAP or Salesforce experience, preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask

Supervisory Responsibility

Responsible for the growth and development of the team and territory. This position has no direct reports but assists in mentoring peers and other departments as needed.

Work Environment

This job operates in a remote compacity. You will utilize standard office equipment such as tablets, computers, and cell phones. You will also be in Dr’s offices and Spas. The Senior Sales Representative will need to have the ability to operate a motor vehicle or get around to all areas of the territory.

Physical Demands

The employee is occasionally required to sit or stand. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Travel

This position requires 70% travel as needed.
