SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Art Director, Events & Brand to lead the visual and experiential branding for executive events, trade shows, and corporate environments. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative solutions that elevate our brand presence across various touchpoints. This includes overseeing the design and installation of on-site deliverables, collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external teams, and ensuring brand consistency in high-stakes, high-impact environments.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
• Lead the creative direction and execution of branding for executive events, trade shows, and corporate environments, from initial concept to on-site deliverables, structures, and wayfinding.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, project managers, digital, and studio teams to develop creative assets while adapting to evolving timelines and requirements.
• Direct on-site labor and production teams to ensure all creative elements are correctly installed per venue floor plans and specifications.
• Oversee the design and production of large-scale event graphics, ensuring quality control and print accuracy for high-traffic, high-visibility environments.
• Standardize workflows for the events team, including project organization, file naming conventions, server structure, and vendor management processes to enhance efficiency.
• Manage client-provided assets for prepress and format them for optimal print quality, adhering to industry best practices.
• Lead strategic 1:1 design initiatives in collaboration with the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team, helping to drive significant new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Implement and advocate for a work/life balance program for the design team, ensuring team morale and productivity remain high while reducing burnout.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including fabrication, production, printing, and installation to ensure seamless execution across all stages of event production.
• Manage expectations and timelines between clients and internal teams for projects such as corporate environments, retail spaces, and large conferences with 100k+ attendees.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
