Job Title: Product Development Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative fastening solutions for commercial construction applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product performance and compliance.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Test prototypes and analyze data to refine product designs.
• Support the launch of new products through technical documentation and training.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product development or engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices is a plus.
