Summary
- Responsible for accurately and efficiently assembling components and equipment used in oilfield operations. Ensure the quality and reliability of manufactured products while adhering to safety standards and production deadlines.
- Assemble components and equipment according to plans and technical specifications. Use manual and power tools to perform assembly operations with precision.
- Verify the conformity of parts and assemblies with established specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address assembly issues and propose improvements.
- Follow safety procedures and work protocols to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency. Participate in training new employees and in the continuous improvement of assembly processes.
Skills
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in the oilfield or manufacturing sector.
- Ability to read and interpret technical plans and assembly diagrams.
- Proficiency in using manual and power tools for assembly.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision to ensure assembly quality. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and effectively. Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to safe work practices. Flexibility to adapt to changes in priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment."
