Pay: $18/hour paid to you weekly!
Shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Mon to Fri
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assembly operations including wire bonding, soldering, spot welding, staking, and epoxying.
Work under a microscope to ensure accuracy in assembly.
Hand solder pins, cables, components, sub-assemblies, and completed units.
Operate ultrasonic welding equipment.
Attach various components (I.C.s, transistors, resistors, thermistors) to P.C. boards.
Perform oil fill operations and conduct tests on final units.
Execute life testing programs using computer systems.
Provide training and instruction to co-workers as needed.
Operate turning-center-assisted TIG welding as per manufacturing engineering guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Rotate to other workstations as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
Strong adherence to workplace safety standards and company policies.
Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred: Soldering experience or certification.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small parts.
Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands: This role requires regular use of hands for handling, reaching, and communication. Specific vision abilities needed include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Employees may need to lift items weighing between 5 and 25 pounds.
Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
