Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (Half Day)
- 40 hours/week with potential overtime.
- Starting at $17.00 an hour
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Eligible for performance bonuses twice per year
As an Assembler, you will work in a supportive, team-based environment where you are more than just a number. Your primary duties will include:
- Benchtop assembly of exit signs, lighting fixtures, and sub-components.
- Using basic hand tools and light power tools (battery screwdriver, small drill press).
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Follow assembly processes and work instructions.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient production.
