Currently looking for skilled individuals to fill a temp-to-hire Electrical Assembly opening with a company located in Plymouth, MN. Interested candidates should be able to use hand tools and measuring equipment, have good math skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Electrical Assembly Job Description:

• Perform any combination of tasks to assemble various standard electrical or electronic sub-assemblies
• Read and interpret work instructions
• Read and interpret standard customer drawing
• Utilize hand tools for assembly including power tools, electrical tools, and stud gun
• Work with an average amount of supervision
• Record time on job assignments
• Follow all safety rules, including using all recommended personal protection equipment
• Perform in-process inspection
• Perform touch-up painting on non-conforming product

Electrical Assembly Job Requirement:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to use common hand tools and tape measure and electrical tools
• Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Ability to lift material on an average of 20-60 pounds

Compensation for Electrical Assembly:

The starting salary for the Electrical Assembly position is $20.50 to $21.50 per hour.
