Location: Brillion, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Monday - Thursday, 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM)

Your Role:

As an Assembly Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for assembling high-quality outdoor power equipment. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Safely operate machinery and tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Embrace and promote our client’s core values every day.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals.
• Utilize hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Provide support in various areas as needed to keep production on track.
• Communicate effectively and problem-solve to overcome challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for up to 10 hours, bend, twist, and lift up to 35 lbs as needed.
• Skills: Quick hand-eye coordination for precise assembly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team Player: A desire to collaborate and grow alongside your colleagues.
• Safety Mindset: Commitment to wearing required personal protective equipment and following standard work procedures.
