Summary of the Assembly position:

• Location: Kearney, Nebraska
• Competitive Pay: Start at $19.73/hour with the potential for full-time hire.
• Flexible Hours: Choose between 8-hour and 10-hour shifts that fit your lifestyle.
• Flexible Shifts: 3rd, 10-hours, Monday - Thursday 9 PM - 7 AM and an 8-hour shift on Friday OR 8-hours, 11 PM - 7 AM and some weekends as required

Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assembly Operations: Perform hand assembly, sub-assembly or packaging tasks.
• Machine Monitoring: Operate and monitor assembly line machines referring issues to supervisors.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect all work to ensure defective products are not processed and immediately report any problems.
• Documentation: Complete required paperwork including quality records, scrap reports and machine logs.

Requirements for the Assembly position:

• Education: Minimum of eighth-grade education; high school diploma preferred.
• Experience: Three or more months of assembly line experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Attributes: Great attendance, strong work performance, motivation, adaptability and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
