Self-starter and able to work independently, and part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
Proven willingness to assist engineering and improve production areas.
Ability to promote and lead department continuous improvement initiatives. Proven leadership skills.
5 + years of experience in medical device industry, small assembly, calibration, and testing.
Attention to detail to understand and solve technical problems.
Collaborating across functions in a team environment, engaging in an open and honest communication style
Must be able to read assembly drawings and follow detailed instructions.
Assemble and test units that comply with work instructions and quality procedures. Testing includes HIPOT testing, electrical safety testing, and calibration using various testing equipment.
Setup, breakdown and use of various automated machines, including but not limited to filling, labeling and testing equipment/software
