TRC's client is a global leader in agricultural equipment manufacturing looking for an Assembly Technician to join their team in the Wendell, NC area.

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:
- Attach equipment (ex. tires, steering wheel, mowers, etc.) for setup and assembly of tractors.
- Utilize computer systems to order missing and/or broken parts; keep information up to date with the build process in internal computer systems.
- Move / transport material around in assembly area using a forklift or overhead crane (training and certification can be provided).
- Utilize mechanical abilities and analytical skills to assess problems and determine solutions (ex. modifying parts without supervision if they do not fit correctly, touching up damaged paint, etc.)
- Manage inventory of tools, and report lost, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment / tools to management.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following prescribed safety regulations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Prior experience with overhead hoist equipment and forklift preferred
- Detail oriented with strong analytical thinking and mechanical problem-solving skills
- Proven history of good tenure / attendance and work performance
