Job Title: Assistant Buyer
Location: Wickenburg, AZ
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)

Degree - Supply Chain Management/ logistics/ Material Management
Responsibilities:
- Support the Buyer with all procurement related tasks, such as managing purchase orders, monitoring inventory, preparing budgets and providing administrative support
- Work closely with suppliers to expedite, reschedule, change, or cancel purchased items to support production schedule
- Utilizes Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) and all available information to identify purchasing needs and perform purchasing functions in a timely manner
- Issue purchase orders to vendors
- Acknowledge orders have been processed and updates delivery dates and lead times
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Execute RMA Process for items needing to be returned
- Maintain accurate data within the system
- Onboard new suppliers
