We are currently seeking a talented and caring individual to join our team as a Care Coordinator. Our Care Coordinator is responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to residents along with assisting the Director of Nursing with day-to-day tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the overall operation of the nursing department.
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality care is provided to all residents.
- Coordinate and oversee clinical operations, including staff scheduling, training, and development.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to nursing care.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Our Care Coordinator adjusts their work schedule to meet facility needs and alternate on-call responsibilities with the DON

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa.
- Previous experience in a long-term care setting.
