We provide psychiatric care to geriatric patients who require inpatient hospitalization due to mental disorders like cognitive illnesses.
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be instrumental in leading our clinical team to fulfill the mission, vision, and goals of the Program and Hospital. The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for assisting the Director of Nursing in the continuous safe operation of the assigned department(s), including all aspects of patient care, budgeting, staffing and quality assurance.

Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience in an acute care facility, psychiatric experience is preferred. Management experience is required.
- Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Missouri RN license preferred. CPR required within 30 days of employment; mandatory certifications for relevant requirements within 12 months of employment.
Position Highlights:
- The Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the continuous safe operation of the department(s), following relevant established standards and guidelines including, but not limited to, nurse education and infection control.
- The Assistant Director of Nursing is accountable to the Director of Nursing, Administrator and Medical Director for providing a comprehensive, high quality program of excellence, ensuring the patient achieves the best possible outcome.
