In this role, you'll:

• Ensure compliance with all nursing requirements and regulations.
• Oversee the healthcare needs of residents are met in accordance with nursing standards.
• Assist with developing and maintaining systems to keep programs fully compliant.
• Coordinate weekly clinic appointments for residents.
• Provide healthcare education and training for staff and residents.
• Consult with nursing staff on resident health and care.
• Direct and oversee nursing staff regarding health records.
• Fill in for Director of Health Services as needed for staff supervision and program oversight.
• Review doctor visit notes, schedule follow-ups, and order medications/testing
• Oversee resident care plan implementation.
• Help supervise nursing staff with Director of Health Services

   

  To be successful, you'll need:

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• Active NY RN license
• Background in senior living, assisted living, or memory care
• At least 5 years nursing supervision experience
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to confidentiality, diversity, and strengths-based care
• Strong communication and organizational skills
