Your responsibilities in this key role will include:

• Supervising all aspects of restaurant operations
• Ensuring exceptional guest service that meets or exceeds their expectations
• Formulating an appropriate staffing plan to match the restaurant's needs
• Managing Profit and Loss by following cash control/security procedures, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Working closely with the General Manager to devise the restaurant’s annual operating budget
• Overseeing all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor costs
