**Position Overview:**
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating bar operations, collaborating closely with the General Manager to maintain business metrics, and managing the floor and kitchen to ensure exceptional customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for growth and development, as the role offers a clear path to advance to a General Manager position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Bar Operations:** Oversee daily bar activities, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- **Business Metrics:** Work alongside the General Manager to monitor and achieve key performance indicators.
- **Floor and Kitchen Management:** Supervise operations to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards.
- **Team Development:** Encourage, coach, and support our award-winning team to foster a positive and productive work environment.
-*Hire, train, and evaluate performance and mentor new staff members. Ensure staff is following all company policies and procedures.
-**Scheduling, Inventory, and Maintain budgets set by GM and Ownership.
-**Drive sales through creative marketing initiatives. Ensure always beating guest expectations creating a loyal following and driving year over year sales. Accurately forecast staffing and inventory needs based off current and historical sales trends.
**Qualifications:**
- 3+ Years of experience in restaurant management. Versatility in FOH and BOH is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate what drives each employee to adhere to company standards and goals.
- Multi-tasking skills are imperative, always able to think on your feet.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and maintain high service standards.
- Eagerness to learn and a desire to advance in your career.
