YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager with all the operations of the restaurant. Primary duties and responsibilities include:

• Supervise, train, and coach floor and bar staff
• Scheduling, ordering, inventory, guest service, quality, managing the floor and bar
• Other duties as dictated by GM in order to run smooth operations

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a $3M+ upscale casual restaurant
• Exudes positive energy, leads with passion, drive and awareness
• Excellent floor presence and a passion for hospitality
• Ability to understand and anticipate business needs
• Ensures highest level of food and service quality
• Displays flexibility, organization, and an enjoyment of hospitality
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Open to candidates willing to relocate
