We are looking for someone to fill the role of Assistant Portrait Studio Manager. Work directly with our Studio Manager on a day-to-day basis. Our company has many career opportunities so this job may be just the beginning! No photography experience is necessary.
We provide Senior Portraits for over 15,000 high school seniors each year. Our 5500 sq ft facility needs someone with fantastic people management skills, customer service, and marketing sense. Our studio is one of the largest studios in Arizona servicing schools throughout the valley.
This position is for our studio located in Glendale, Arizona right off of 51st Ave and the 101.
Seniors come to our studio for their senior portraits. We provide multiple session experiences for seniors to choose from. Our staff helps guide the parents and seniors through the process. Our team guides families through this milestone by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, creating appointments, confirming appointments, portrait selection, portrait sales, and order delivery.

Primary Qualifications for the Position:
- Prior management experience.
- Very strong knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Answer multiple phone lines when required.
- Strong computer skills (IE, MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, etc.).
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- We require Monday-Saturday availability, including evenings as bookings require. Hours will vary during our peak months of June-December Monday-Friday 10a-9p and Saturdays 8a-7 pm.
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Recommended experience:
- Sales: 1 year +.
- Design: 1 year +.
- Digital Marketing: 1 year +.
- Customer Service: 1 year +.

Grads Photography began in 2000. Utilizing digital photography and an in-house lab, we have expanded into the elementary and high school picture market with tremendous growth due to superior service and quality products. We currently service over 140 schools with Portraits and yearbooks.
