Restaurant Manager needed for Late Night Casual Dining Concept in Jupiter, FL

Experienced restaurant owners seeking polished, professional, confident Manager for coastal high-volume brewpub.

This position will require a hands-on leader who enjoys interacting with guests and who understands and appreciates the importance of putting the guest first.

Warm, upbeat hospitality combined with a strong bar service background is required. Proven ability in forecasting, training staff / management and executing all aspects of a full-service bar restaurant.

Requirements are:

3 years of experience as a Restaurant/Tavern or Bar Manager

Proven track record and work history in a high volume bar environment.

Knowledge of food service techniques and cost controls such as liquor, manpower, productivity, food costs and other expenses.

Attention to detail, humble leadership

Excellent ability to multitask, lead and motivate team

Ability to adapt to and abide by culture of company

Be motivated to lead a team of service professionals to continue to grow our business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 - $65,000.00 DOE plus Monthly Bonus

• 4 to 5 day work week
• 2 closing shifts per week, 2am or 3am closes depending on the day
