Position Summary
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for management of the employee team and the overall restaurant business. This consists of, generating performance which exceeds guest’s expectations while maintaining Operating Standards, achieving financial results and building a great Climate-rich employment experience. This can include but is not limited to, daily operations, inventory management, hiring & training of staff, guest concerns and health & safety compliance and standards.
This is a full-time position, as well as additional incentives to be discussed throughout hiring process.
Requirements
· Restaurant Management and/or Supervisory experience
· Strong interpersonal skills & leadership skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Administration experience
· Reliable transportation
- Weekends are a requirement
- Major growth opportunity
- Early morning to afternoon schedule
- Responsible to assisting General manager in successful operation of restaurant
