As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in creating the optimum guest experience, maintaining a healthy team environment, and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will be expected to lead by example in how you interact with the customers, your team, and store inventory.

Job Duties to assist GM with include:

? Manage and oversee the entire store operation

? Deliver exceptional guest services

? Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints

? Organize and supervise shifts

? Manage and lead staff

? Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory

? Control costs and minimize waste

? Create and nurture a positive working environment

Job Qualifications:

? Ideally, 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role

? Ideally, 2+ years of experience in customer service management

? Computer literacy

? Familiarity with restaurant management software

? Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills

? Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

? Team player

? Good time-management skills

? Great interpersonal and communication skills
