Your New Role
As the Assistant Project Manager in our Electrical Department, you’ll be the critical right hand to our Project Management team. You'll manage customer proposals, assist with design and engineering, and make regular site visits to ensure everything’s on point. You’ll also:
- Coordinate material orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate regularly with customers and dispatch field personnel
- Oversee billing, labor, and material approvals with precision
- Track project hours, costs, and change requests
- Step in seamlessly when the Project Manager is unavailable, keeping projects on track

- Experience with project management and an understanding of electrical projects is a plus
- Ability to manage customer proposals, conduct site visits, and coordinate with various departments
- Proficiency in billing, labor approvals, and handling project materials
- Intermediate computer skills and advanced critical thinking abilities
- Familiarity with reading and implementing contract language
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to dispatch and manage service calls and field personnel
- Valid driver’s license required for company vehicle use
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
