A high-end residential renovation firm with over 20 years of experience is seeking a Site Superintendent to join their team. Specializing in luxury home building and renovation projects in the Arlington area, the firm is dedicated to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with its clients. The Site Superintendent will take charge of on-site operations, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout each project.
As the Site Superintendent, you will be the primary leader on-site, overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth project execution. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing all on-site activities, including safety protocols and project security.
• Opening and closing job sites, maintaining an organized and clean work environment.
• Understanding project plans, scope, and existing conditions to ensure progress.
• Keeping detailed daily logs, project documentation, and photo records using Procore.
• Leading and directing subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure high-quality work.
• Planning and managing schedules, communicating effectively with the team to resolve any issues.
• Sourcing materials and ensuring they are ready for upcoming phases.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, designers, and engineers.
• Promoting a culture of service, craftsmanship, and excellence on every job.
• Embracing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements
Qualifications:
• MA CSL License required.
• Extensive knowledge of construction, renovation, and remodeling processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong organizational, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Procore or similar project management software is a plus.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Self-directed, motivated, and collaborative.
