We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team. Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
• Maintain accurate records of property-related documents and leases
• Support in resolving tenant issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with the Property Manager to ensure compliance with legal regulations and Fair Housing guidelines
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs as needed
• Assist in conducting property inspections and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

• 2+ Years previous experience in an office or property management setting
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to property leasing
• Familiarity with facilities management practices
• Strong customer relationship management skills
• Ability to handle conflict management effectively
• Proficiency in filing and organizing documents
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations is a plus
