Position Overview:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented--Assistant Property Manager--to assist in overseeing day-to-day operations for our commercial properties in--Stamford. The ideal candidate will support the Property Manager in maintaining property appearance, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring smooth property operations. This role is vital in maintaining tenant satisfaction and ensuring the commercial space meets company standards.Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Property Manager:Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including building maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor coordination.Support the Property Manager in handling tenant requests, including service requests and addressing lease-related inquiries.Monitors Building Engines work order requests to ensure proper assignment and timely completion.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the premises are well-maintained and compliant with safety and building regulations.Assist in organizing and executing community and tenant events such as blood drives, tenant appreciation days, and vendor visits. Coordinate catering and logistics for meetings and events.Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for necessary repairs, upgrades, and maintenance projects.Assists with financial reporting, including preparing budgets, monitoring expenses, maintaining invoice tracker and processing invoices.Preparation to tenant reporting to include HVAC Analysis Report, Elevator Report and Work Order ReportsMaintain accurate tenant files and ensure proper documentation for lease agreements, correspondence, and other important property records.Communicate with tenants regarding building updates, events, and other notices.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management and tenant occupancy.Qualifications of the Assistant Property Manager:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.2+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive tenant relations.Familiarity with lease agreements, building regulations, and property management software (e.g., Building Engines, Building Link, etc).
