We are hiring a full time Assistant Regional Manager. This position REQUIRES travel between our Montclair and Hoboken location.

As the Assistant Regional Manager, you will be responsible for:

More specifically:
- Manage the daily operations of the spa
- Make sure both guests and team members are scheduled efficiently and effectively
- Coach and develop team members
- Maximize inventory for professional and retail use
- Understand our software systems and utilize tools to analyze spa’s overall performance
- Take the lead in neighborhood marketing and community outreach
- Ensures each guest has a phenomenal and consistent experience
- Understands that serving and helping others leads to personal satisfaction
Preference for 2 years work experience in a spa, retail or cosmetics management position. Experience in guest relations and management is necessary. Skills include: administrative, computer, organizational, communication, retailing, and training.
