About the Job
Honda North, an International Cars LTD (ICL) dealership is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support our Service Manager in overseeing the service department operations. The Assistant Service Manager will assist in managing the service team, coordinating service schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring quality service delivery.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service or automotive service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes
- Leadership and team management skills

**Responsibilities: **
- Assist the Service Manager in day-to-day operations of the service department
- Coordinate service appointments and manage service schedules
- Address customer inquiries and issues, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support and coach service team members to meet performance goals
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of service supplies
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to improve department efficiency and profitability
