Assistant Store Manager - South Mountain Store (19th Ave & Baseline)

Position: Retail Store Manager

Location: 1980 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041

Starting Pay: $45,000 / Year

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor.
• Manage staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising.
• Implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
