Position: Retail Store Operations Lead
Location: 19109 N. RH Johnson Blvd, Sun City West, AZ 85375
Starting Pay: $45K/Year

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily sales floor operations to ensure optimal customer service.

Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking.

Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of retail management experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
