Position: Assistant Travel Coordinator 
Pay: $20 per hour
Shift: Day Shift

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service? We’re seeking an Assistant Travel Coordinator to cover a maternity leave, ensuring seamless support for customer visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Visit Coordination: Manage all logistics for customer visits, including travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, meals, and itinerary creation.
• Communication: Notify all involved parties about visit details and ensure everyone is aligned.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure all logistics are in place for complete customer comfort and satisfaction.
• On-Call Support: Be available for any last-minute flight or travel issues, including evenings and weekends.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain hotel contracts within Egencia and complete Sunshine Act Reports for all CPX trips.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing internal and customer-facing events with the team.

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong project management skills
• Experience with travel booking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A focus on customer service
