Assisted Living Clinical Director - Pennant Services

• Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to nursing team, caregivers, and other clinical team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
• Build Relationships: Connect with prospective residents and their families, understanding their unique needs and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
• Collaborate: Work with the resident and family to coordinate health services with physicians, therapy providers, pharmacy and other agencies to assure optimal care.
• Lead a high performing team: Train and develop an enthusiastic, professional wellness team.
What We're Looking For:
• Exceptional Communicator: Superior communication skills in English, both oral and written, are essential. You should be able to clearly convey our community's vision and services.
• Dependable and Professional: Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are key.
• Specialized Knowledge: An understanding of the physiology and psychology of older adults and their families, and the ability to recognize signs of dementia.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate outstanding customer service and telephone marketing skills.
• Adaptable and Focused: Flexible and dedicated to meeting prospective residents and their families' needs.
• Team Player: Ability to work as a key component of an outstanding team and with business partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing the community. Must have a RN, LPN, or LVN license.
• Experience: Previous experience in providing care to seniors, sales, senior housing, long-term care insurance, hospitality, or a relevant healthcare/personal care background is a plus.
• Leadership: Experience developing employees and teams.
• Proven Success: A track record of achieving results.
• Outgoing Personality: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude will drive success.
• Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record and the ability to travel locally.
