Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlaceYour role at Clorox:Dynamic Deployment Insights Associate Director is responsible for shaping and delivering of strategically significant consumer and market research for the Business Units (BUs), building competitively advantaged insights capabilities, providing coaching and best practice leadership for the Insights organization and the broader Clorox enterprise in areas of deep expertise or specialization. This role reports to a Dynamic Deployment Pod Lead and influences Brand, Sales and R&D leadership in the BUs as well as cross-functional leaders to drive growth through maximizing the outcome of business decisions and adoption of superior capabilities and ways of working.In this role, you will:Shapes and delivers best in class consumer and marketplace research uncovering strategically significant insights and ideas that drive growth for Clorox BUs across all aspects of base business growth, category and consumer experience, brand equity evolution, innovation, revenue growth management, design to value, price pack architecture, portfolio optimization and other business needs.Provides strategic consulting to BUs and proactively delivers thought leadership that maximizes the outcome of business decisions through Consumer Obsession lens.Demonstrates industry leading expertise in specific domains of insights capabilities or subject matter areas.
