Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:
- Work hand in hand with the Account Managers to oversee and execute administrative requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers daily
- Process customer requests for benefit summaries and contact updates
- Accurately submit customer requests and data into company processing systems
Required Skills for the Associate Account Services Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Client Support
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- GED or HS Diploma required
