Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Understands all client policies and procedures and conducts all firm business within those guidelines.
- Researches and understands laws, statutes, constitutions, regulations, court rules and regulations, including industry trends and conducts all firm business within those guidelines.
- Prepares cases attends court hearing, conference calls, consulting client witnesses; completing discovery process; developing case and testimony; completing filings, motions, and submissions; supervising paralegal.
- Manages cases by monitoring schedules; expediting requirements; obtaining and forwarding information.
- Supports firm and clients by initiating and maintaining open communications; and keeping firm informed of any issues with workflow or policy changes, etc.
- Maintains cost standards by monitoring expenses; recommending cost-saving opportunities.
- Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in continuing educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- JD from an ABA school required. Admitted to the practice in the State of Arizona.
- Must possess superior analytical skills and have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of litigation process from suit filing through and including judgment enforcement is a must.
- Experience in creditor’s rights law is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential to this role.

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. This position involves sitting most of the time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and color vision in reading a computer monitor. Clear speech is needed to communicate on the telephone.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary work with repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as viewing a computer terminal, reading, typing, and analyzing data. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment.
