Associate Attorney - ImpactSearch Partners

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective communication with clients throughout their case
  
• Perform research, draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
  
• Conduct discovery
  
• Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings
  
• Attend and/or direct mediations and depositions
  
• Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have family law experience and a minimum of 1 to 7 years of experience working in a family law firm environment with direct client contact. Candidates with experience working within the family law court system will also be considered. 
• Experience in high-asset cases is a plus.
  
• Excellent writing ability
  
• Public speaking, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role
  
• Ability to work with other attorneys in the top of their field
  
• Ability to manage your own cases
