Associate Attorney - General Litigation - Gpac

Our well established and well regarded Law Firm is seeking an attorney to join our litigation team in our Austin location. This is a busy law firm with lots of work. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship this is a good fit for you. Work directly with clients and develop relationships. If you are a stellar associate, you will be rewarded. Responsibilities and Qualifications: 

• 3-7 years’ Litigation experience. (Our firm has many practice areas)
• Skilled with discovery and conducting depositions
• Proficiency drafting and arguing motions
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials
• Attend mediations, court hearings, and negotiation settlements
• Member of the TX bar
