Ideal candidate:

• 3+ years civil litigation experience
• Litigation experience with labor and employment, open to plaintiff or defense- FEHA, single plaintiff and class action preferred
• Demonstrated career advancement
• JD from ABA Law School
• California licensure, in good standing
