Associate Attorney Litigation - Elite Sourcing LLC

Elite Sourcing LLC is partnering with a prestigious law firm that is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their litigation team. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters, representing clients in civil litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney looking to advance their legal career and gain valuable experience in litigation. The pay is excellent, up to $160K, DOE.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, preparing for and attending court hearings, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. You will work closely with senior attorneys and have the chance to contribute to complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
• Represent clients in civil litigation cases.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
• 2-5 years of experience in Casualty litigation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
