Attorney to join their team and work on their litigation docket on the Plaintiff's side. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Named Partner and other attorneys on a wide range of pre-litigation and litigation matters, including depositions, mediation, drafting pleadings, direct negotiation, and trial preparation.
This is a fast-paced environment that will allow you to develop strong litigation skills and succeed in your long-term career goals. The ideal candidate for this position will have three years or less of experience, as the role is specifically crafted to introduce Associates to a high-volume practice. Recent graduates pending July Bar results in November are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time, in-office position on the west side of town.

Responsibilities:
- Work on a high-volume docket on the Plaintiff's side - Collaborate with Named Partner and other attorneys on pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and direct negotiations
- Draft pleadings and assist with trial preparation - Develop strong litigation skills for long-term success in the field
- Attend in-office meetings and court appearances as needed
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of Texas
- 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably on the Plaintiff's side
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills - Team player with a positive attitude
